Who I am

My journey with horses began at age nine with my first pony—and I've been horse-crazy ever since. Over the years, I've worn many hats within the equine industry: from competing in showjumping at both national and international levels, to managing a boarding barn, to breeding and developing young sport horses.

About eight years ago, my curiosity led me into the world of equine bodywork. What began with studies in equine massage has since evolved into a deeply integrative practice rooted in equine osteopathy. I've continued expanding my knowledge through training in craniosacral therapy, fascial manipulation, and postural rehabilitation, among other modalities.

Today, my approach is holistic and results-driven. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I assess each horse as an individual—considering not just their body, but their environment, lifestyle, and performance demands. My treatments draw from a broad toolkit including manual therapy, PEMF, red light therapy, and kinesiology taping as needed.

Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help every horse move, feel, and perform at their best—whatever that looks like for them.
